Watched all of the videos and found the content completely dated and not dealing sufficiently with what is truly required biblically, theologically, and structurally to be an elder. Truly wish this resource included more scripture, more from the confession and the Book of Church order. Really an attempt at 1980's relevance without reformed emphasis. Sadly, not even the question of executives or servants in the title is ever answered. I truly recommend retiring this material.
