This book is a "must read" for anyone planning to lead a short-term mission team. It gives practical, clear guidelines as it walks you through the steps of planning, preparing and going on a short-term mission.

You’ve heard short term mission trips can be harmful, but this author explains not just that but also how they can be helpful. This is definitely a must read for any church taking short term mission trips. It’s filled with gospel truth and stories from the field.
